PAY ONLINE

Paying dues online from the CPSA website will give you the quickest possible service and avoid delays. When you pay online, the transaction is handled by PayPal and occurs immediately. This is a secure system you can use without having to set up a PayPal account.

We very much appreciate any donations to help cover CPSA operations.

PAY BY MAIL

Although joining online is most efficient, you may download and print an application form to complete and mail along with your check or money order to the CPSA membership director at the address on the form.

NOTE: All payments must be in U.S. dollars and made out to CPSA. Please allow extra time for delivery and processing.

CPSA membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older, residing in any country. Artists at every skill level are welcome—we do not “jury in” members.

We invite you to become part of this supportive group of colored pencil artists. CPSA will enable you to meet and network with others working with the medium, help you become a better artist, and offer opportunities to have your work appear in CPSA exhibitions and publications.

As a member in good standing, you will receive full membership benefits.

DATES TO CONSIDER

The CPSA membership year is from November 1 of one year to October 31 of the next year. Full payment is due no matter when you join—dues are not prorated.

Regardless of when you join, you will be eligible to obtain member-only items right away and to receive the current CPSA membership directory and latest issue of To The Point.

Dues must be received by December 31 for you to be listed in the CPSA membership directory and receive the January issue of To The Point.

Dues must be received by April 1 for you to remain a member in good standing. Failure to pay by that date will terminate your membership with the following consequences:

  • No further mailings from CPSA
  • Loss of signature status and/or acceptances counting toward signature status
  • Loss of charter member status
  • No listings in the membership directory and web page of member websites
  • Higher entry fees for CPSA shows and convention workshops

Dues received between August 1 and October 31 are applied to the next membership year. Those joining during this period are immediately eligible to obtain member-only items upon confirmation of payment.
